Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Our Commitment

At Equilibrium Coaching, we are committed to providing a high-quality service and a deeply supportive coaching relationship. We understand that a coaching engagement is a significant investment, and we want to ensure clarity on our policies.

2. Cancellation of Coaching Sessions

If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, we require at least 24 hours' notice .
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of that session, and no refund will be provided for that specific session.
This policy ensures that we can manage our schedule effectively and offer the time slot to another client if needed.

3. Digital Products and Downloadable Programs

Our digital products, such as guides and online courses, are covered by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). This means they come with consumer guarantees that they are of acceptable quality, fit for their stated purpose, and match their description.
Under Australian Consumer Law, we are not obligated to offer a refund if you change your mind after downloading a digital product.
If you experience a major problem with a digital product (e.g., the file is corrupt or a link doesn't work), you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement. A major problem is one that would have stopped a reasonable person from buying the product in the first place.
For a minor problem, we will first offer a solution, such as repairing the file or providing a replacement. If we can't fix it within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a refund.

3. Coaching Packages

Our coaching services are offered as packages, which are designed for a specific duration (e.g., 3-month programs) to facilitate sustainable change and accountability.
Payment for coaching packages is typically made in advance or through a pre-agreed-upon payment plan.

4. Refunds

Due to the nature of our personalised coaching and the significant preparation involved in each client engagement, we do not offer refunds once a coaching package has commenced.
If you are unsure about committing to a full package, we recommend starting with a complimentary discovery call to ensure our coaching approach is the right fit for you.
